Aristos Gruener Veltliner Cantina Valle Isarco 2014

Grüner Veltliner Aristos Cantina Valle Isarco 2014. Alcohol content 14% vol. 100% Gruener Veltiner grapes. This vine is native to Austria and in Italy it is almost exclusively cultivated in the Isarco valley. Bright light yellow colour with golden hints. Aging for a few months in acacia wooden barrels. The nose is filled with a strong scent of grapefruit, medlar, fresh white fruit, broom, minerals and light spices. The taste is dry and savoury, but at the same time soft and pleasant. Strong, but not extremely structured. Lingering, elegant and mineral finish. Combine it with baked bream or chicken breast with artichokes.
